2. Services and delivery process:

The website is a place to provide reservations and services to customers wishing to use products and services. Through the website customers can choose to book rooms and use the facilities they desire. From there, customers can book hotel rooms and use the service at the best price.

After you complete the payment, the website will issue a reservation order and issue a booking number, enclosing the following information:

3. Procedure to use the services

Step 1: Once the booking has been made, the customer will receive a booking information order from the website.

Step 3: Mia Nha Trang will collect the deposit (in the form of: cash, bank transfer or card information of the customer has provided) to reserve the customer’s booking.

Step 4: Customers present service confirmation code to the supplier- resort Mia Nha Trang to use the service.
