When you receive your body massage, you will be able to choose from an array of essential oils; from calming, slimming and firming, to a variety of organic, natural oils such as avocado or coconut.

Teen’s Spa

Ô Spa is proud to introduce the spa services for teenagers (from 5 to 13). We use natural and organic products for these special teen’s spa treatments. Let your kids relax and recharge after long days of learning at school.

Yoga

Yoga has long been recognised as a great way to relax both body and mind. At Mia we provide complimentary sessions 16:30 on Wednesday and Friday and 6:00 on Sunday (24-hour advance reservation is required).

Private yoga lessons on offer throughout the week. All levels of experience are welcome.
