Terms & Conditions:
- Validity period shall be 12 months from the date of issuance of the membership.
- All membership privileges apply only to direct bookings and are calculated based on the hotel’s published public rates.
- Membership privileges are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other services.
- Discount benefits cannot be combined with any other promotions, packages, offers, or discounts and do not apply on blackout dates.
- Benefits for corporation guests cannot be combined with benefits for VIP/ Loyalty Membership. Any different benefits applicable to events will be discussed by Sales Department.
- Revenue and room nights will be counted within the year of membership card.
- If have any changes in Company policy or other related policies, this policy will be revised in order to be in accordance with new circumstances.
